Overview
Our customized Team Building programs actively engage participants with unforgettable experiences that challenge them in exiting ways. Based on over 9 years of experience, we have developed a broad range of experiential learning programs that sparks creative energy, faster innovation and build camaraderie.
This program can be conducted in Bahasa Malay, English or Mandarin, are designed for your esteemed organization. Participants may range from the top or middle management, production, clerical or administrative and support staff.
The Objective
- To expand the capacity of the participant to respond positively to others by understanding diversity and abandoning defensive positions.
- To adopt behaviors that develop trust with others, hence promoting open participation with proactive attitude, clear and open communication.
- To develop win-win attitudes and behaviours, and to adopt self-responsibility and accountability systems that generates empowerment, personal commitment and cooperative relationships among common projects.
- To helps the team, achieve its goals, by instilling motivation in order to increase productivity and efficiency, hence multiplying achievement.
- Increases skills, by training each individual in how to be a more effective team member improves productivity by facilitating productive discussion based on well thought out agendas.
The Methodology
In Order to develop team spirit and effective leadership skills, we apply a learning method that proceeds from concrete experience and contains powerful feedback for the participant.
After each activity the participants reflect and analyze their experience; feelings are expressed and they seek to understand the meaning of their responses or behaviors when they were facing the obstacle they had to overcome. Also, they analyze the similarity of this experience with other situations in their personal lives and/or the workplace. In this way, learning is asserted. Once the participant has been seen him/herself the way he/she is, and becomes aware how she/he impacts him/herself and others, then the participant will be able to decide if he/she wants to change or not. |
